I have worked for many years in management positions with responsibility for operational and strategic human resources in midsized companies in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, chemical and IT industries – with both national and international business units.
I speak and understand the language of HR managers, employees and colleagues as well as different cultural backgrounds. I understand the language of both works councils and managing directors. In addition, I am familiar with the mindset of representatives from international parent companies: this feels like playing in front of a home crowd.
The main focus of my work so far has been recruitment, selection and integration of newly hired employees at all levels, implementation of personnel development programmes for professionals and executives as well as succession planning. I have strong experience in market and competitor aligned remuneration structures, restructuring programmes, mergers and acquisitions as well as standardising processes and procedures – to name but a few.
